Meet the Founders

Mikko Juhani

Mikko brings over two decades of luxury hospitality experience, having worked for iconic institutions like The Goring, where he oversaw departments that consistently achieved Forbes Five-Star ratings, the highest in London.

He’s hosted Her Majesty The Queen, Baroness Thatcher, and countless global leaders and royalty.

Later, in Qatar, he led an Alain Ducasse operation in partnership with the Royal Family, planning private events for heads of state and royalty. Mikko’s obsession with standards, details, and calm under pressure now drives everything we do for landlords.

Dominic Kamara

Dominic is a multi-sector entrepreneur with a background in property development, tech, and catering. He scaled Form Homes tenfold and built Yummies Film Catering into an eight-figure business. Known for his sharp eye for process, ROI, and sustainable growth, he ensures Colville isn’t just polished, it’s commercially sharp and built to last.

With a proven track record of delivering 20%+ returns across multi-property portfolios, Dominic knows how to scale without compromising on quality.
